Good intentions, flawed execution
The location is superb, just a quick walk to the beach, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained with a lovely view. Amenities like the kitchen were very helpful.
Unfortunately, I encountered a lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. We had to change rooms due to some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing.

Breezy, breezy, breezy.
The location is perfect, just a quick stroll to the beach! Our one-bedroom queen suite had a charming balcony with fine water views-talk about morning coffee goals! The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up snacks. The spacious lawn area with grills was a fantastic spot for evening picnics.

great location but needs better soundproofing
The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach! I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals easily. The sea view from our private balcony added a lovely touch to our stay. The expansive lawn with plenty of seating and games made our downtime enjoyable.
However, the noise from the room above us occasionally disrupted our sleep.

Hartman’s Briney Breezes is a gem! The homemade desserts were to die for, and the beachy vibes made every meal feel like a culinary adventure. Plus, with ocean views from the balcony and super comfy rooms, what’s not to love? The owners were friendly and super helpful, making this spot feel like a home away from home.
Most shops in town had gear, so we stayed warm and ready for adventure.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short visit
Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a great Keurig coffee maker and a well-equipped kitchen, making our stay super enjoyable while being conveniently located within walking distance to both the beach and town.

Beautiful ocean views from the balcony.
We encountered rude behavior from the owner which spoiled our mood. The beach was quite disappointing as it was littered with fish bones, and the sand was very rough. Additionally, the lack of entertainment options left us feeling bored and frustrated during our stay.

We had an awesome time with a group of friends! The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach, and we loved grilling on the lawn. We also enjoyed horseback riding and checking out a nearby golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed, which saved us a ton on dining out.
However, we had a frustrating experience with noise from the room above us, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
